Welcome to Sophia Jade’s Chi Brigade. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our site.

2. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

  • Chihuahua Breeding: Raising and selling AKC-registered chihuahuas.

  • Stud Services: Providing stud services for chihuahuas.

  • Training Services: Offering specialized training programs for small dogs.

3. Puppy Purchases

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy.

  • Health Guarantee: We provide a health guarantee for our puppies, which will be detailed in the individual puppy contract.

  • Pickup/Delivery: Puppies must be picked up within a specified time frame. Delivery options may be available at the buyer's expense.

4. Stud Services

  • Availability: Our stud services are available to approved breeders.

  • Fees: The stud fee is $600, payable in full prior to any matings.

  • Health Testing: We ensure that our stud dogs are health tested and clear of common genetic issues.

5. Training Services

  • Programs: We offer training programs tailored for small dogs.

  • Scheduling: Training sessions must be scheduled in advance.

  • Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations to avoid charges.

6. Payment Terms

  • Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

  • Due Dates: Full payment is due before the transfer of ownership for puppies or completion of services.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Services: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled services may incur a cancellation fee.

8. Health and Veterinary Care

  • Examinations: All puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian before sale.

  • Vaccinations: Puppies are up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming.

  • Microchipping: Microchipping is available upon request.

9. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Care: Buyers agree to provide proper care, nutrition, and veterinary attention for their new puppy.

  • Spay/Neuter: We may require proof of spaying or neutering for non-breeding puppies.

  • Return Policy: If, for any reason, you can no longer care for your puppy, we request that you contact us to discuss rehoming options.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or puppy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Georgia.
